DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are normally despatched within 72 hours via royal mail second class, or via Hermes for larger orders. Standard delivery times for both of these carriers are around 3-5 days but can be longer at times of higher demand, bad weather, etc; if you'd like your order sooner please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help (this may incur an extra charge).
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard delivery is FREE over £18 (Hermes Standard or Royal Mail 2nd Class).
Other charges are as follows:
Up to £2.50 - £1.70
Up to £8.50 - £2.25
Up to £17.95 - £3.50
Over £18.00 - FREE
RETURNS
We accept returns within
30 days, as long as they are unopened and in their original condition; on receipt we will refund in full (unfortunately postage costs including original postage cannot be refunded). Send us a message for return address and details.
ISSUES
If there's a problem with your order get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out as soon as we can.
BUYING LOCALLY
Want to shop local? If you live in the North Cornwall area and want to support your local shops by buying direct in person, we currently stock a small selection of our products in The Good Lyfe and The Pet Centre in Newquay, and The Green Forge in St Agnes..
